General Purchase and Delivery
Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) before checking out. Nail n Things will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong items are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
Kindly Ensure full and correct address is stated, including your full name, mobile number. Order with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned.
Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.

Covid-19 Delivery Update
Due to the developing of COVID-19 situation please note delivery delays are expected.
For international orders, due to the significant reduction of air flights, there will be significant delays in all international deliveries.
If delivery to your destination is suspended, we will hold onto your orders and mail them out as soon as the suspension is lifted.

SF express for Hong Kong orders.
Delivery takes between 1-3 working days.
A tracking number will be sent via email after we post your order.
For orders under 350HKD, postage will receiver pay.
For orders over 350HKD, you will be able to enjoy free shipping.
China, Macau and Taiwan Orders
Products will be shipped from Hong Kong via SF Express.
For orders under 1,599 HKD, postage will need to paid accordingly.
For orders over 1,600HKD, you will be able to enjoy free shipping.
For all international orders, products will be shipped from Hong Kong via SF Express
For orders under 2,999 HKD, postage will need to paid accordingly.
For orders over 3,000 HKD, you will be able to enjoy free shipping.
Nail n Things process orders in Hong Kong Dollar. While you may select your preferred currency, you will checkout using Hong Kong Dollar at the most current exchange rates.
Due to hygiene reasons, all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless product are defected or incorrect. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defective/ Incorrect Items
If you have received a (i) damaged product during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, reasons and photo of evidence.

Glitter/Sprinkle nail wraps, placement will differ for every pieces, this will not be considered a defect.
Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight difference. This applies especially for brighter hues. This will not considered as defect.
Items with slight imperfection (e.g. Slightly flipped clear protective film) which do not affect the overall appearance or usage of the item will not be considered a defect.
