Due to hygiene reasons, all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless product are defected or incorrect. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have received a (i) damaged product during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at info@nailnthings.com with your order number, reasons and photo of evidence.
