General

Our working days are Monday to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holiday.All Order will be attended to within 1-3 business days. 

Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) before checking out. Nail n Things will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong items are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

Kindly ensure full and correct address is stated, including your full name, mobile number. Order with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is returned. 

Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.

Nail n Things reserves all right to accept or reject any order(s).

Currency

Nail n Things process orders in Hong Kong Dollar. While you may select your preferred currency, you will checkout using Hong Kong Dollar at the most current exchange rates.
